Update devcontainer with chromium dependencies

When attempting to `npm install && npm run test` in a fresh codespace, we initially see an error related to a missing shared library:

检查仓库的 devcontainer 配置，并在全新的 Codespace 中使用 `npm install && npm run test` 重现该失败。对 Chromium 二进制文件使用 `ldd`，以验证 issue 中列出的缺失库。完成的标准是 ChromeHeadless 成功启动，并且测试命令不再报告缺失的共享库。
