Start by reproducing the reported failure with `bundle exec jekyll serve` and read the stack trace through `jekyll.rb`, `log_adapter.rb`, and `configuration.rb`. Check the dependency declarations mentioned by the CSV warning; done means the local site starts successfully without the reported error.
