Description

### Describe the bug
[The documentation](https://github.com/github/github-mcp-server/blob/main/docs/installation-guides/install-claude.md#with-docker) for setting up docker with claude has an incorrect command
`claude mcp add github -e GITHUB_PERSONAL_ACCESS_TOKEN=YOUR_GITHUB_PAT -- docker run -i --rm -e GITHUB_PERSONAL_ACCESS_TOKEN ghcr.io/github/github-mcp-server`

The correct command would be
`claude mcp add github -- docker run -i --rm -p 127.0.0.1:8085:8085 -e GITHUB_OAUTH_CALLBACK_PORT -e GITHUB_OAUTH_CALLBACK_PORT=8085 ghcr.io/github/github-mcp-server`

### Affected version

The documentation here https://github.com/github/github-mcp-server/blob/main/docs/installation-guides/install-claude.md#with-docker

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

Run this command and it will fail as -e is not valid as an arg to the claude cli `claude mcp add github -e GITHUB_PERSONAL_ACCESS_TOKEN=YOUR_GITHUB_PAT -- docker run -i --rm -e GITHUB_PERSONAL_ACCESS_TOKEN ghcr.io/github/github-mcp-server`

### Expected vs actual behavior

Command corrected to `claude mcp add github -- docker run -i --rm -p 127.0.0.1:8085:8085 -e GITHUB_OAUTH_CALLBACK_PORT -e GITHUB_OAUTH_CALLBACK_PORT=8085 ghcr.io/github/github-mcp-server`

It seems like other commands are incorrect in the docs below the command I posted. Many have -e args in the wrong spot.

Research direction

Open docs/installation-guides/install-claude.md at the “With Docker” section and review the documented claude mcp add commands, starting with the command that places -e before the separator. Correct the Docker command syntax and check the other commands below it for the same argument-placement issue; done means the examples match valid Claude CLI and Docker invocation order.
