Right now closed PRs are also appearing in the stack and mandating to relink all the PRs. There is no easy way as well to manage the deletion via UI.

Start by reproducing the issue with a stack containing a closed pull request in gh-stack, then trace how pull requests are discovered and displayed in the stack. Review the UI or CLI path for deleting or relinking pull requests. Done means closed PRs no longer appear in the stack and the affected PRs can be managed without manual relinking.
