Feature Request: CLI Output JSON &| CSV format

Would be good to have an option to output the results of these commands as raw JSON and/or structured CSV to enable more complex scripting without the need for potentially problematic text parsing.

Start by mapping the gh-classroom commands whose results would need machine-readable output and reviewing their current output behavior. Define the JSON and CSV scope, then verify that both formats support scripting without text parsing.
