Support ESLint v10

The peer dependencies prohibit using eslint@10. I've forced the installation of the plugin via `npm i -f`, and it seems to work fine, so I hope the upgrade won't result in too much work. Please refer to the [migration guide](https://eslint.org/docs/latest/use/migrate-to-10.0.0) and publish a new version that allows us to use the latest version of ESLint. Thanks for the work, I'm really enjoying your plugin!
