This is signature, but it is not detected.

While if I reply to any github email and add > within the reply it dos not ignore the line.

Reproduce the parser behavior with the provided Google Inbox reply, including lines beginning with ">" and the signature after the quoted block. Trace how quoted lines and signatures are detected, then verify that both the inline quoted content and the trailing quoted reply are handled consistently without treating the signature as reply text.
