Copilot plugin re-enables itself after being disabled

Description
When I run `:Copilot disable`, the Copilot plugin correctly stops suggesting completions.
However, after some time (possibly when switching buffers or navigating between files, I use telescope ), it re-enables itself automatically.
And it auto enables itself whenever I open nvim.
My env:
I have copilot pro-enabled.
NeoVim 0.11
OS: Ubuntu 24.04
