How to disable the "You've reached your monthly code completion limit" prompt?

It prompts every time I open `vim`, and I would like to find a **persistent** way to tell the plugin that no, I do not want to upgrade (without disabling the plugin, because I would like it to automatically reactivate when my limit resets).
