Seeing intermittent test failures in CI on `ubuntu-latest`. The tests pass locally but fail ~30% of the time in GitHub Actions.

Might be a race condition in the test setup.

Start with tests/integration/test_api.py::test_concurrent_requests and reproduce the TimeoutError under the ubuntu-latest GitHub Actions environment, since the failure is intermittent and does not occur locally. Check the test setup and run the test repeatedly in CI; done means the test no longer flakes and the workflow passes reliably.
