Hi,
Please help to check the PR https://github.com/github/copilot-sdk/pull/243
1. Should_Custom_Agent_Availability can list all the custom agent successfully
2. Should_Custom_Agent_Availability_With_AI_Tools will fail to list all custom agent when I create the session with AIFunction.
