GitHub Copilot doesn't remove previous skill

I am using Skills with .NET SDK (Copilot SDK Version: 1.0.8). I am facing some issues -
1. As per debug logs, skills which are matching with current query intent are added as "User" content while calling the LLM. SDK is not removing previous skills while passing the context to the LLM. SDK passes whole context to the LLM including previous skills as well. This is creating problem for us. Sometimes, LLM performs completely unrelated tasks to current query. These tasks are performed because previous skills are also present in the context. We want skills which are related to current query only. Is there a way to fix this behavior?
2. Sometimes user query requires multiple skills. Does SDK load multiple skills?
