Folders added to the session gets removed

I have an application that adds folders to the copilot session directory (i.e. .copilot\session-state\5c3c2c04-099c-4fd2-bfd5-3395bd72cd15)

I have noticed on a few occasions now that the folders I added would disappear.

Is this expected behaviour?

The reason I add the folders here is that they contain session-based files, so it makes sense to place them in the Copilot session folder, where they will be cleaned up along with the sessions.
