ACP support for GHE instances

Hello,

I like to use the ACP interface with our ghe.com instance but I'm not able to specify the instance. The authorization procedure always goes to the general GitHub login.
Is there currently a way to log into ghe.com through some kind of configuration? If not this would be a good feature to have ;)

Start by tracing the ACP authorization procedure that currently sends users to the general GitHub login, and check whether configuration supports a ghe.com instance. Done means users can specify the GitHub Enterprise instance and complete authorization against it instead of the general login.
