Describe the bug
Dictation is now unusable. It keeps resetting itself and deleting what I said. I'm using
a devbox and I always use this to write my prompts and because it is deleting what I said, I
basically, can't use dictation causing me to lose productivity significantly. Please
fix.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
- Enable voice dictation
- Dictate
- Mid dictation it will initialize again and delete what I had just said
