Pending chat lines duplicate and won't go away, eventually filling up the screen

Describe the bug

I started noticing this bug come up where when I submit a response while agent is working it gets the normal pending thing, but after it submits, the pending line hangs out at the bottom of the screen. Submitting more things adds extra lines and sometimes causes weird duplicates. Eventually the whole screen can be filled with them.

I'm not sure if it's just the version I'm on or if an extension I just built that sometimes submits lines (extension allows separate agent session to send messages to each other). Either way, my extension shouldn't have the power to be janking up the UI this bad I wouldn't think?

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Get the agent working and start submitting some pending requests

Expected behavior

I expect that the pending messages

1. Go away once submitted
2. Even if I have tons, it should make them collapsible or something (kind of like the queue mode) so they don't take up the entire screen if I have a lot or an extension gets weird and posts for me multiple times.

Additional context

Restarting the session will clear it, but that's only thing I found that works :(

Reproduziere das Problem zunächst in Version 1.0.81-3, indem du mehrere Anfragen sendest, während der Agent arbeitet, und verfolge anschließend den Lebenszyklus ausstehender Nachrichten in der terminal UI. Die Aufgabe ist erledigt, wenn gesendete ausstehende Zeilen verschwinden und wiederholte oder von Erweiterungen erzeugte Anfragen den Bildschirm nicht mehr dauerhaft füllen.
