More fine-tuned control over file edits by allowing users to accept/reject/comment on each proposed file change

Proposed solution

This feature benefits users by allowing them to avoid too much AI slop code; it instead walks them through each proposed file edit by showing a diff, and allowing the user to approve/reject/comment on each proposed change. It encourages users to stay more in tune with each code change at the time the change was proposed instead of requiring them to go over a massive git diff and manually specify each change they wan to comment on.
