When having multiple projects in a session, PR short link directs to wrong link

### Describe the bug

when i have multiple projects in a session, i sometimes will create multiple PRs for each project individually. the PRs only link to the initiall project/repo i started the session in

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. add multiple repos in your session
2. ask to create PRs for each project
3. the shortened links will only direct to the initial repo/project
- when the short link looks like this `PR #123`

### Expected behavior

I should get redirected to the correct repo/project PR

Riproduci il problema aggiungendo più repository a una sessione e creando una PR per ciascuno. Traccia la gestione dei collegamenti brevi `PR #123` e verifica che ogni collegamento venga risolto nel repository in cui è stata creata la relativa PR, anziché nel repository iniziale della sessione.
