Description
With Windows Terminal in a vertical split pane mode, when content would begin scrolling in the terminal, the content disappears. Scrolling up and down in the TUI reveals the first screen of content, but the additional content is never visible until a new command is submitted.
Resizing the terminal, font, and terminal panes does not reveal the text in the TUI
Affected version
1.0.75
Steps to reproduce the behavior
No response
Expected behavior
Response text is always visible in the Windows Terminal
Additional context
I do not observe the problem in a terminal without split panes

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in Windows Terminal using a vertical split pane on version 1.0.75, then compare it with a terminal without split panes. Verify scrolling behavior while a response begins to exceed the visible area; the work is done when all response text remains visible without submitting another command.
