Research direction

Start with the reported ENOENT path under the VS Code Server Copilot extension and compare the working SSH-terminal behavior with the failing VS Code remote setup on Raspberry Linux. Reproduce using version v1.0.73; done means Copilot works through VS Code without the missing o200k_base.tiktoken file.
