### Describe the bug

If i start prompt with /btw I can't paste images. But I can pages image to a prompt and then add /btw and that seems to work.

### Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.72-0

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. type `/btw`
2. try to paste image you have in clipboard
3. nothing

### Expected behavior

1. image gets pasted

先在 GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.72-0 中重現問題：以 /btw 開始一個 prompt 並貼上一張圖片，接著將其與在加入 /btw 之前貼上圖片進行比較。追蹤 /btw 的輸入處理和剪貼簿圖片路徑；當在 /btw 之後貼上的圖片能在討論中被接受時，即表示完成。
