Large Image Attachment Warning Excess Bug

### Describe the bug

I tried to include a large image (didn't realize how big it was) and got this message printed out 6x
> ! Images and/or native document attachments were removed from the request due to size constraints. Please use smaller image or document files.

Ok, thanks, just say it once--but fine. Then I made a copy of the image (854x464 px) and tried again and it printed out again 7x the same message after that! Any chat now gets that error yelled out at me!

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Include a large image attachment (e.g. 8k image) in your chat
2. You should get a warning
3. Try sending other messages
4. See that you get yelled at more and more each time you take a turn

### Expected behavior

1. I try to include an attachment and it tells me as I paste that the image is too large (and it is going to downscale for me)
2. Alt: if it doesn't downscale it just says it couldn't include the attachment (just the one time I tried to send it, not every message thereafter).
