Allow interrupt current execution with new prompt by tapping enter twice

Allow quick redirection of AI by double tapping enter to force the new prompt for immediate execution

### Proposed solution

Grok CLI has a very nice funcionality that allow prompts to be sent immediately to the AI skipping the queue if you double tab the enter (after submiting the porompt).

This seems to be a very useful feature to bring to copilot CLI
