Github Copilot Terminal bug

### Describe the bug

Github Copilot said to report this as a bug since it is not adhering to the approved paths. I recently started using Github as the Terminal option and am figuring out how to use it. As similar to the Copilot chat, it asks for permission to do things and one of them is to read a path. I've selected #2 multiple times but continue to be prompted. I have also added the /Code Apps top folder to the path but it still asks for permission although child folders are supposed to be included.

Comienza con el flujo de permisos del terminal de Copilot CLI y reproduce el aviso repetido después de seleccionar la opción 2 y aprobar la ruta principal /Code Apps. Se considera completado cuando las rutas aprobadas, incluidas sus carpetas secundarias, ya no activan el mismo aviso de permisos.
