Description
### Describe the bug
Github Copilot said to report this as a bug since it is not adhering to the approved paths. I recently started using Github as the Terminal option and am figuring out how to use it. As similar to the Copilot chat, it asks for permission to do things and one of them is to read a path. I've selected #2 multiple times but continue to be prompted. I have also added the /Code Apps top folder to the path but it still asks for permission although child folders are supposed to be included.

Research direction
Start with the Copilot CLI terminal permission flow and reproduce the repeated prompt after selecting option 2 and approving the /Code Apps parent path. Done means approved paths, including their child folders, no longer trigger the same permission prompt.
