argument-hint format validation issue

### Describe the bug

The skills now failed to load with:
✖ .../SKILL.md: argument-hint must be a string

This is my setting:
argument-hint: [regression directory]

And from both vscode and claude spec:

Reproduce el fallo añadiendo `argument-hint: [regression directory]` al frontmatter de un archivo `SKILL.md` y cargando el skill con GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.65 en Linux x64. Rastrea la validación de `argument-hint`; se considera terminado cuando esta sugerencia documentada entre corchetes se acepta y el skill se carga correctamente.
