Session token expiry stops works flows, resuming fixes issue.

### Describe the bug

When the session token expires, it does not automatically refresh. This causes the CLI flow to fail, sometimes in the middle of a task. Everytime I have run into this issue, just asking the CLI to resume the current task/ToDos fixes the issues. Restarting the CLI or signing out and back in has NEVER been required.

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Long running session
2. Keep session active with tass

### Expected behavior

Token expiry should be refreshed automatically, and resume when possible.

Windows 11
PowerShell
Not running within VS or Code

Start by reproducing the issue in a long-running CLI session on Windows 11 with PowerShell, then examine how expired session tokens are handled during an active task. Done means the token refreshes automatically and the current task resumes without restarting the CLI or signing in again.
