Description

### Describe the bug

When the session token expires, it does not automatically refresh. This causes the CLI flow to fail, sometimes in the middle of a task. Everytime I have run into this issue, just asking the CLI to resume the current task/ToDos fixes the issues. Restarting the CLI or signing out and back in has NEVER been required.

✗ Session token expired and the request could not be retried. Please resend your message. (Request ID: 38E7::795FA4:6A2AB5BF)
