Descripción

### Describe the bug

https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/7df968c2-5537-4af6-96e2-bcf24f153dbe

The video shows me typing the first line, pressing ctrl + enter which enters a line break, then typing the second line, then pressing ctrl + q which enqueues the command.

### Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.61.

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Run a command in Copilot CLI. While the command is running...
2. Type "first line" -- the instruction "ctrl+enter enqueue" should be shown
3. Press ctrl+enter -- a line break should be added to the prompt line
4. Press ctrl+q -- the prompt should be enqueued

### Expected behavior

Expected ctrl+enter to enqueue the second command

### Additional context

Windows 11 x86_64 powershell windows terminal

Línea de trabajo

Start by reproducing the prompt behavior in Copilot CLI on Windows PowerShell and Windows Terminal while a command is running. Trace the CLI prompt's keyboard handling for Ctrl+Enter and Ctrl+Q, then verify that the displayed shortcut matches the key that actually enqueues the command and that line breaks still work as intended.
