Copilot in integrated VS Code Terminal shifts cursor into a file and out of terminal

### Describe the bug

Sometimes, when user is working out of the terminal with copilot CLI, the active cursor will jump to a file that copilot is working on.

This is disruptive because when it is time to type out the next prompt, the prompt will be entered into the `.md` file by default.

This is hinders the user from experiencing a seamless flow. And does not occur when working with Claude Code

1. Type prompt into Copilot that results in code change in VS Code integrated terminal

### Expected behavior

Cursor does not leave active window within VS Code
