Response interrupted and I cannot work anymore...

On Copilot CLI, after a bit, I encounter these errors:

When this happens, there’s no way to continue working, the flow is blocked and I have to start a new chat.

Start by reproducing the repeated server-error retry sequence in Copilot CLI and capture the full error context, including the affected version. Trace the response and retry flow from the reported failure message. Done means a response interruption no longer permanently blocks the current chat, with regression coverage for the recovery path.
