Windows Terminal option "Automatically copy selection to clipboard" not respected

### Describe the bug

I find it very surprising when I select text with the option mentioned in the title enabled, nothing changes in my clipboard.

GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.48

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Run copilot
2. Select text
3. Paste with Control+V / Shift+Insert

### Expected behavior

I expect the pasted text to be the text I had previously selected, without pressing Control+C as specified by the option I enabled in Windows Terminal.

### Additional context

The version of Windows Terminal Preview is 1.25.1241.0, but I've noticed it for a few versions now.
