copilot --remote sessions do not update realtime.

### Describe the bug

when accessing a remote session either via github mobile or in browser, the response is not reflected realtime, the only way to see the response consistently is refreshing the entire page, or relaunching github mobile. It did work sometimes, but it took minutes for the response to show up.
