BUG - I can not use copilot due to login issue

### Describe the bug

I did the upgrade of my account to pro a few days ago but now when i try to login and use my copilot cli or in the vscode I authenticate correctly but i always get the error:

Copilot Pro trials have been temporarily paused. Please upgrade your account or revert to Copilot Free. (Request ID: AF4C:65ABD:321E5D6:3652F5D:69DFD4D7)

i already tried to delete this folders and open the terminal again

rm -rf ~/.config/github-copilot
rm -rf ~/.cache/github-copilot

also tried logout and login again many times

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

1- open copilot cli by running the command "copilot" in the project folder
2- run the command /login to login
2- Login done successful
3- try to ask anything to copilo

Start by reproducing the login flow in GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.27 with `copilot` and `/login`, using the reported error and request ID as the reference. Review the affected credential locations `~/.config/github-copilot` and `~/.cache/github-copilot`; done means a successfully authenticated Pro account can use Copilot without the trial-paused error.
