All responses are being shown as 'processing'.

### Describe the bug

I'm getting proper responses only once or twice after trying for more than 10 times. I have ran proxy also and there's no issue with that, still I'm facing an error while getting responses. I need to keep stopping the current response and give a new prompt for atleast 10 times and maybe I'll get a valid response only once. Please help me solve it.

2. Response shows 'processing' and nothing happens.
3. Stop the response
4. Give new prompt and hope to get a response or repeat the same procedure.

Start by reproducing the issue in version 1.7.1-243 with the reported prompt-and-retry steps, both with and without the proxy. Trace why the response remains in the “processing” state after a prompt and capture relevant output. Done means normal prompts reliably produce responses without repeated cancellation and retries.
