描述

### Describe the bug

When I press Crtl+S after entering a command (`ls` for instance), instead of running the command Copilot CLI just display `/` with autocomplete for slash commands.

### Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.25.

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Open GitHub Copilot CLI using copilot
2. Type `ls` and then press `Ctrl+S`
3. The text disappear and you can see the `/` symbol with autocompletion for slash commands

### Expected behavior

I was expecting the command ls to be run in the terminal.

### Additional context

- Operation System Windows
- Shell : PowerShell
- Keyboard : French (azerty)

研究方向

Reproduce the issue in GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.25 on Windows PowerShell with a French AZERTY keyboard by entering `ls` and pressing Ctrl+S. Start by tracing the CLI's Ctrl+S handling and slash-command autocomplete behavior; done means the command remains intact and runs, with the slash-command behavior unchanged for its intended shortcut.
