Copilot CLI failed to connect to mcp server

### Describe the bug

On starting copilot cli (just by running `copilot` int the vscode terminal) I see a failed to connect to server message. Below is a screenshot of the log and output from the `\mcp show nuget` command.

Expect it to connect it server successfully.
