COpilot sometimes remove valuable documentation

### Describe the bug

It happens that copilot decides to "completely rewrite" a file because there are many changes.
This sadly often results in loosing comments or even formatting completely.

Copilot should when rewriting something from scratch, compare it with previous state to see if such issues arises.
