Skill toggling doesn't work when large (~30) number of skills loaded.

### Describe the bug

In my copilot I have 33 skills loaded. When I try to toggle them enabled/disabled certain positions don't work and toggle other skills. E.g. I try to toggle the skill in position 12 but the skill in position 20 gets toggled instead.

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Load 30+ skills
2. Type /skills
3. Try to toggle all the skills on/off with Enter or Space bar, for certain positions the incorrect ones gets toggled.

### Expected behavior

The highlighted one is the only one that gets toggled.
