Ctrl+E during a question expands text; expected to move to end-of-line

### Describe the bug

When Copilot is doing `ask_question` and I'm providing an answer, if I type Ctrl+E then some text above the question becomes expanded. I would have expected Ctrl+E to move to the end of the line, as it normally does.

GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.11.

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

Precondition: there are some large outputs earlier in the session.
Prompt copilot: `ask me what my favourite colour is?`
Start typing an answer.
Use Ctrl+A to move cursor to the start of the line: works.
Use Ctrl+E to move cursor to the end of the line: fails: it expands the large outputs

### Expected behavior

I expect the cursor to move to the end of the line

Windows, terminal shell, copilot started from cmd.exe

Reproduce the issue in GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.11 on Windows from cmd.exe, using ask_question after producing large earlier outputs. Start by tracing the question input handling and Ctrl-key mapping; done means Ctrl+E moves the cursor to the end of the answer line without expanding earlier output.
