### Describe the bug

THis happens 2 - 3 times a week for me and then disapears. I was using co pilot last night and this morning i come in to get this error

You are not authorized to use this Copilot feature, it requires an enterprise or organization policy to be enabled

/context returns this

But I am logged in

/models returns

 Failed to load models: access denied by Copilot policy. (Request ID: DFBE:25DEF5:25AD435:2B5358B:69C4FFD6)

Check your Copilot CLI policy setting.

I am the admin and i know the settings HAVE NOT Changed since last night. The version last night was the same

Start by reproducing the intermittent failure in Copilot CLI with /context and /models while reviewing the provided startup log, especially the “Login status unknown” and policy errors. Done means the authenticated admin consistently receives context and models without the authorization error; retain the request ID and timing if it persists.
