Unable to switch to a session using id after searching it from history

### Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.11

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

> ❯ How do I switch to the March 16 session
Copilot Says
- : /resume dccbf92f
When issues a slash command
> /resume dccbf92f
✗ No session or task matched 'dccbf92f

### Expected behavior

It should take me back to the session

Start by reproducing the issue in GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.11: search history for the March 16 session, copy the reported ID, and run /resume with it. Trace how the history result is matched to a session; done means the old session opens successfully by its ID.
