WorkIQ responses are inconsistent

### Describe the bug

I'm using the WorkIQ MCP server.

When asked about the unread emails from the last 3 hours, or the unread Teams messages from the last 3 hours, the results are inconsistent between queries and incomplete.

### Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.9

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Type 'Provide with all the unread emails from the last 3 hours'
2. View the output with all the unread emails
3. Error: subsequent calls in few minutes provide different results AND they are usually incomplete

The same behavior applies for the unread Teams messages from the last X hours

### Expected behavior
