Description

### Describe the feature or problem you'd like to solve

It would be good to tell copilot to "gracefully" complete the session when it seem it does not make enough progress but do not want to loose what is already done.

### Proposed solution

Sometime copilot is extremely eager to solve a part of a problem and running in circles.
Currently one has only two options:

1. Wait until it gave up
2. Cancel

where the second has the drawback that it just stops all work and do not create e.g. a summary.

Instead it would be good to have a third option that tells copilot: Assume all task are done and complete current work and with what you already have accomplished.
