On execution of each prompt, show a summary of skills, hooks, MCPs, LSPs executed.

Today, when I run a prompt, I'm unable to figure out which specific skill, hook, MCP server, LSP was executed. I have to trawl through the console logs to figure this out.

- hooks invoked
- MCP servers utilized
- LSP servers utilized
- Premium requests consumed
