### Describe the bug

Shift+tab to autopilot and I get prompted to allow copilot to access tools and a bunch of stuff (that's fine). Autopilot then goes on and does its task. The problem is that it seems like there's no way to revoke access after that. This is especially a problem when I then switch to the regular mode and interact with copilot. I'm expecting it to prompt me for access, but it never does and it goes off and does everything anyways.

I've tried `/reset-allowed-tools` but that doesn't seem to help

### Affected version

0.0.422-0

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. shift+tab to autopilot
2. when prompted, allow copilot to access tools and directories (recommended)
3. perform a task
4. shift+tab to regular mode
5. perform a task

### Expected behavior

Permissions should be reset. When copilot tries to do something, it should prompt the user first (as usual).

### Additional context

_No response_
