Using v0.0.421 and when switching to autopilot the Enable autopilot mode dialog is gone

### Describe the bug

Previous version the dialog was there first time i moved to autopilot mode so I could allow all permissions. Now it doesn't show and i have to run /allow-all manually.

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

Start the copilot cli and switch to autopilot

### Expected behavior

A Enable autopilot dialog

Enable autopilot mode │
