Remaining reqs. percentage should be rounded to avoid floating-point noise

## Description

The "Remaining reqs." percentage displayed in the CLI shows raw floating-point values instead of rounded numbers, leading to noisy output.

## Examples observed

- `Remaining reqs.: 7.000000001%`
- `Remaining reqs.: -81.563999999994%`

## Expected behavior

The percentage should be rounded to 1–2 decimal places, e.g.:
- `Remaining reqs.: 7.0%`
- `Remaining reqs.: -81.56%`
