Feature Request: Option to reorder the queue after items are submitted

## Feature Request

**Description**
Add an option to reorder items in the queue after they have been submitted. Currently, once items are submitted to the queue, their order is fixed. Users should be able to reprioritize or rearrange queued items to better reflect changing priorities.

**Use Case**
When multiple items are submitted to the queue, priorities can shift. Being able to reorder the queue without having to cancel and resubmit items would streamline the workflow and reduce friction.

**Proposed Solution**
Provide a mechanism (e.g., a command or interactive prompt) to reorder queued items after submission. This could include:
- Moving individual items up or down in the queue
- Moving an item to a specific position
- Interactive reordering via a list interface
