Showing remaing request should show the remaining budget.

Currently copilot show only the included request but not the aviable budget

### Proposed solution

If I reach the montly limit copilot CLI shows `Remaining reqs.: 0%` (somtimes even weird numbers like `-0.9%`), but one can also use request from an additional budget defined.

It would be good to show in this case something like `Remaining from additional budget: 78%` or whatever is the likley estimate the current defined budget would allow.

Also something like `Remaining reqs.: 0% (incl.) 78% (budget)` or similar would work of course.
